Friday 29th November was the date for the Sevenoaks Christmas Lights Switch On and Manak Solicitors were proud to be a main sponsor for the event! It was an amazing evening in Sevenoaks as the entire town came out to see the entertainment on the main stage and all the great festivities around the town supported by local businesses. The Christmas Lights were spectacular and have made Sevenoaks a very Christmassy town on the run up to the big day!
On the stage turning on the lights were the cast of The Stag Theatre’s Christmas Panto Aladdin and Sevenoaks Mayor Cllr Nicholas Busvine. Also on the stage performing for everyone were The Stag Gospel Choir, Dance-Worx Dance Group, Amherst School Choir, My Cool Singers, local music star Robbie White and Elsa & Olaf from Disney’s Frozen! It was a great way to bring in the Christmas season and thank you to everyone who performed and supported these acts on the night.
Also around Sevenoaks High Street were local businesses putting up Christmas stalls, food and drink, and lots of attractions for everyone to use! It’s always special seeing the whole of Sevenoaks coming together to put on an incredible event. We would also like to thank all the organisers of the Christmas Lights Switch On, as this would not have been possible without their incredible effort!
