Samir Moftah 

Samir has lived, trained and worked in Kent.

Samir trained in 2008, qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and was made a Director at a local firm in 2013 until 2021. He joined Manak Solicitors in May 2021.

Samir is a leading lawyer for assisting clients with fare evasion matters. He has successfully settled over a thousand cases of fare evasion cases over a number of years and has an exceptionally high success rate, in that he has a 100% success for every train company save for TFL (which he still enjoys a high success rate).

As a multi-disciplinary solicitor, Samir is able to assist in a number of areas of law. Clients are put at ease by Samir’s confident, friendly, proactive and positive approach. As an experienced Solicitor, Samir is trusted to give well considered advice. Having practiced extensively in many areas of law throughout his career, Samir has found his knowledge to be an advantage when representing clients as there are often crossovers. This also allows him to provide clients with continuous service. He will always try to resolve matters as quickly and cost effectively for clients as possible whilst offering a high level of service. Where early settlement is not possible, Samir is able to robustly put forward his clients position in order to assist them to achieve their desired outcome whether that be within or outside of court proceedings.
