Holly Cooper 

Holly, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), has been a distinguished Certified CILEx Paralegal since June 2021. Embarking on her legal career in February 2014, Holly joined a prominent firm in Bromley, where she focused on civil litigation and expertly managed her own caseload of small and fast track claims.

Holly's responsibilities included managing claims from pre-litigation to judgment, while adeptly drafting claim forms, particulars of claim, and defenses on behalf of clients. In 2017, Holly transitioned to another esteemed local firm, where she expanded her litigation expertise to encompass multi-track claims, landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, and employment matters. During her tenure, Holly also gained valuable experience in criminal defense, specifically fare evasion matters, and contributed to a significant number of fare evasion cases. Additionally, she provided assistance in private children cases.

Holly now serves as a vital team member at Manak Solicitors, supporting Samir in the Serious Crime and Litigation Department. Her responsibilities include preparing for hearings and trials, drafting possession claims and witness statements, and crafting correspondence for clients. Leveraging her vast experience, Holly offers invaluable assistance to the department and its clients during challenging times. She prides herself on fostering strong relationships with clients, clerks, and counsel.

Determined to further her professional development, Holly is actively pursuing qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive and anticipates achieving this goal in the near future.
