Discover Manak Orpington
Following growth in demand for our services, we opened our new larger offices in Orpington, Kent, in 2016. We’ve been operating as local solicitors in the town for over 10 years, but the move allowed us to take on additional staff and help more clients with their legal queries.
We have – and will – always operate under the same ethos: to offer city standards from high street practices. This is the same across all our locations, including Gravesend, London and Sevenoaks.
In Orpington, our modern ground-floor office is directly accessible from the high street. With fantastic train and bus connections to the town, as well as ample parking, our solicitors are always easy to reach for both current and future clients.
“We’ve been able to make a number of improvements to the service we can offer. The office benefits from full accessibility and the state-of-the-art boardroom facilities mean we can offer video conferencing and a fully functioning mediation suite.” Jasdeep Singh Jandu, Director
If you’re new to the area, the following details should help your plan your journey:
- Travelling by train: Orpington train station is well-connected to London, with direct links to Victoria, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. Regular trains also run to towns in Kent, including Tunbridge Wells, Hastings and Sevenoaks. Plan your journey with National Rail.
- Reaching us by bus: As a busy town in Greater London, Orpington boasts great bus connections, including plenty of buses operating during our offices hours. You can plan your journey with TFL.
- Parking nearby: If you’re driving to our offices, parking is available on the high street and the closest car parks are The Walnuts and Juglans Road.
As well as meetings in person, we can also arrange to contact you over the telephone or via Skype. However you speak to our solicitors, we’ll always aim to provide a friendly service, with trained solicitors who work efficiently towards a cost-effective result for both businesses and individuals.
The team is also proud to get involved in local activities, having signed up to the borough’s first Business Improvement District, Orpington 1st, which reinvests funds into the town and supports projects which aim to make Orpington a better place for businesses and locals.
We also hosted a virtual reality event at the Orpington Christmas Lights event in 2017. We arranged for experts to set up two HTC Vive headsets for people to use free of charge throughout the night.
At Manak Solicitors, we’re always using the latest technology to enhance the quality of our work, so we were glad to bring an element of that to people in the town.
We’re also increasingly involved in charity projects, and had a great turnout for the Operation Christmas Child initiative for the Samaritan’s Purse charity. Members of both the Orpington and Gravesend offices took part and contributed gifts, and Aneeta Kang, Family Solicitor and Director at Manak Solicitors said: “It was such a pleasure to see everyone at the office pitch in for such a good cause.”
We hope to continue, and build on, our involvement in the local area. After all, it’s at the core of how we work – to offer our clients a genuine service which not only delivers the best possible outcome for you, but is an experience full of fresh insights and endless motivation.
