The reception role is critical to the operation of the firm. It is the first point of contact for clients whether by telephone or in person. While legal experience is not vital, an open and friendly manner is essential. Previous experience dealing with the public in a customer service role is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will need to be IT literate as the role will entail booking appointments on the firm’s IT system as well as handling client payments and opening files. Candidates must be smart, confident, polite and computer literate. Ability to speak more than one language will be a distinct advantage.
