We are looking for secretarial staff to support our Conveyancing department. This is a well-established office and offers an opportunity to join an expanding practice.
Working as a member of a small tightly knit team of professionals, the candidate will provide legal and administrative support as necessary to support the firm in achieving the high levels of service required by the firm’s clients. Qualities need include
- Total accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills – especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong administrative skills with familiarity of office IT systems.
- Possess strong secretarial and audio typing skills.
- Experience of conveyancing work
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good customer service skills and smart appearance.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, verbally and in writing.
- Good educational background with high standards of literacy and numeracy
